Chrysalis Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine was inspired from a trip to Michoacan, Mexico where I witnessed millions of monarch butterflies taking rest during their winter migration. A chrysalis is the sac which holds the insect pupa while they transition from an immature to mature state. Through this metamorphosis, a butterfly emerges. I hope to encourage every patient to embrace their own transformation as their wellbeing is a process and opportunity for change.

Darby Sutton with Southwind Healing Arts is happy to offer a number of healing modalities in the Horseshoe/Hendersonville area. Darby is a lifelong yoga practitioner and teacher, Birth and Postpartum Doula, Practitioner of Therapeutic Yoga, Passive Therapeutic Stretching, and Fire Cupping. She loves to talk about her passion of helping people to find true and deep, life changing healing. Darby believes that the body wants more than anything to heal, sometimes it just needs a little help.
When Darby isn’t teaching yoga or working with a client in one of these ways, she can be found gardening, hiking, taking care of her chickens and pups, baking all things sourdough, and spending all the time she can get with her family and friends. Darby is full of gratitude for the opportunity to serve you in the Horseshoe/Hendersonville area and is looking forward to helping you take the next steps forward on your healing journey.
